It was my first time selling a home, and I was referred to Debby. I was kind of skeptical about having a realtor that lived in a different city but honestly after a week I completely forgot she did. That’s how much she stayed in constant communication with me. She knew how nervous and doubtful I was about selling my home. To be truthful I had no intentions of making a profit from the sell, I just wanted it sold. Well Debby definitely wasn’t going for that lol and I’m so thankful she wasn’t because she got the home sold for market price!! Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s an amazing person. This woman didn’t just care about selling my home, she genuinely cared about my well-being and mental state during this whole process. There were many times I would become so overwhelmed and distraught and it was like she knew without me having to say a word. That’s how in tune we were. From her comforting conversations and random hilarious text messages, she got me through it. This process not only blessed me with a great realtor but now a great friend.

Bought our home from Debby in late 2020. We were referred to her from another one of her customers and she was awesome. We did not know where we wanted to live at first, had a few areas. She was very patient while we worked thru our options and finally settled on an area. She didn’t live around where we wanted to buy, yet she always made a point to get our viewings scheduled and then walked with us. Our last day of viewing, We had just left a house and she was almost home when a new listing hit. Even though she had traveled and spent hours with us, she made the appointment and came back. We ended up buying the home and her quickness in responding to our needs kept us from over paying and getting into a multiple offers situation. She wasn’t done, she then came thru on our inspection resulting in home owner paying is several thousands in additional money on items we found needed repaired.
